      Pros

      Learn a lot about building materials and how to sell them to contractors.

      Cons

      Its hourly pay plus commission but you barely make anything off commission and the hourly pay isn't very good.

      I got to meet some really genuine people there and learn alot of skills that i feel will help me throughout life

      Cons

      Had to work with some really negative people sometimes and dont feel like the management was very good there.

      Lots of hours. Free lunch once a month.

      Cons

      Considering it gets quite hot where I am and quite bright. The pay is not much to be desired. If you work outside building orders you have to keep working. Orders don't stop coming. if you work inside you can stand around doing virtually nothing and nobody in management cares. It is like a complete class system. Insiders and outsiders. Everything done there is COMPLETELY reactive. NOTHING proactive is ever done. Why? because it's work. Don't do anything unless you have to is the silent motto.
