Pros

Fast paced, the days fly by. Meet all types of people. Compensation can be great if you're motivated. Paid training/expenses in Eighty Four, PA.

Cons

Nothing major, every job has less than desirable parts. Self study (early training) needs updated. PTO could go up a little bit or at least rollover.

Pros

Entry level training is good. Then do what 75 percent of trainees do, leave for a better company that has some levels of concern and recognizes value of its employees.

Cons

Truly the owner of this train wreck of a company is a narcissistic, egomaniacal, and reactionary "leader," and I ushave that term loosely. People are nothing more tha. A possession, no different than a car.......dress wrong one day, get a bad haircut, have the company bumper sticker out of place on your personal vehicle and boom you are gone.
