- Tremendous room for advancement - Sales company - a great year for the company is a great year for associates - Military friendly - Outstanding team - experienced management has full reign to build an exemplary team of individuals - Ground-up basis for training - fantastic for newcomers with no industry knowledge

Cons

- Shaving policy - Long hours - the job needs to get done - Compensation is aimed above ground level. The only way to move to the upper ranks is to progress through the management tree. Fantastical (almost unbelievable) earnings are achievable for those only with the grit (and luck) to make it happen

It’s a pitiful job nobody wants.

Cons

Disrespected, fired while on approved leave for a fishing trip in the same state as employees. Refuses to hire blacks, regional manager tries to bully and humiliate you.

Pros

84 Lumber is a very rewarding company to work for if you show ambition and enthusiasm. It is easy to start climbing the ladder of management as long as you show interest and learn as much as you can.

Cons

My only complaint I have is the amount of mandatory hours. You will work a minimum of 48 hours every week in almost any position you take with the company.
