- Everyone was genuine and approachable to the point where I had friends from all departments - Employees in all departments and levels were open to mentoring/guiding/teaching - Business is booming

Cons

- The internship program was not fully developed when I started, but by the time I left, there was an intern for each department which shows that they care about cultivating young professionals

Laid back culture which allows everyone to be good at their role. Growth and trajectory are inspiring. Management is the best.

Cons

Growing fast and some lack of cohesion between teams is inevitable. Not great cross-team functionality.

None for me, but if you prefer a slower-paced work environment take note that AffiniPay is growing very rapidly.
