Exciting growth, home grown products, management listens and responds, lots of employee feedback is fueling what we do and how we do it.

Cons

We push you to excel so if you aren't ready, you need to move on (or you will be helped out). Like most companies, not everything is perfect, but the compny recognizes this and attempts to get better quickly.
