Ever-changing, fast-moving environment with lots of opportunity to excel, expand and seek new opportunities. Lots of great people to work with at all levels of the organisation.

Cons

Keeping everyone informed of the rapid changes is sometimes a challenge. With rapid change internal processes (e.g. recruitment and onboarding) are not always as smooth as in a more established company but if you are too worried by that stuff, then probably not a company for you.
