Pros

My 6 months at 8x8 has been a fabulous experience. 8x8 is growing at a terrific rate and we have been busy all year recruiters some great people for this organisation. The work environment is very pleasant with really cool offices in Aldgate East. The culture is relaxed but professional.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that we must make sure that we look after our existing employees and show them that there is an amazing future for them at 8x8.

Pros

8x8 Aylesbury has one of the most positive and supportive working environments I've encountered. The positivity is infectious as is the 'can do' attitude. There is a real sense of 'anything is achievable' and a bright, dedicated and capable team working to make 8x8 something brilliant.

Cons

There are some challenges to be overcome around 8x8's rapid growth. Several systems working alongside one another and a mix of old and new process can slow service down.

Profit making cloud based communications provider which is growing rapidly in a developing sector. Truly global organisation. Great vision, it has a good strategy to be a market leader. Invests in its people. Fantastic people to work with. Tonnes of opportunity grow and develop a career here.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a organisation but plenty of opportunity with this too.

Agreed, we are growing rapidly, including globally, so the challenge will be to continue to keep our start-up like culture while making sure our employees feel valued and connected across all locations. This is a marathon, not a sprint, so this will continue to be an ongoing effort. As we continue to grow our market share, I am focused to making sure we support and grow our people as well.
