Pros

Great products, as we own all our IP, so no relying on other vendors. Growing organisation which is keen on developing it's people. A CEO and senior leadership team who listens and takes action. Huge investment in internal systems.

Cons

Still going through some growing pains but with the investment in internal system and key resources means this is becoming less and less.
