1. Very less pay. Salary difference would be of 40% in comparision to other companies.
2. Company's attitude of there way or highway
3. No work life balance
4. Realease happens during night times that means you can not enjoy your evenings.
5. Any one from work can call you anytime. Getting a call at midnight is normal.
6. Company visions itself to be a top player but in reality niether there product nor there vision or actions demonstrate there goals.
7. Don't be surprised if you are working on christmas eve or day or any other federal holidays.
8. HR and managers wants you to take more responsibilites which you were not hired for or for which you will not be paid. But if you ask for compensation, like I said "my way of highway".
9. Standsup with managers are useless
10. Most of the reviews are fake or are posted from sales or high level manager or directors. Most of which are proving there loyalty to company, meanwhile they are looking for a job somewhere else.
