Too much politics at work, people who dont speak up get streamlined, micromanaged departments,double standards.

They hired a mostly new executive staff in the last year that seems more concerned w/ their stock price growth than they are with actually adding value to the company or our customers. In a time of highly automated business processes, everything here is manual, non-intuitive and non-scalable process. This is a company that has out-grown it's mindset and I do not expect them to achieve their potential. I'll be leaving soon.
