Constantly pushed to do more, learn so much, amazing feedback and push from boss

Cons

Can be overwhelming at times but it allows you to learn more than you can imagine

Pros

The 90 Degree environment is one that consists of positive energy, constant praise, and safe feel. After finishing a task, the owner would show appreciation and thanks. This positive reinforcement would get me excited to continue my future tasks. Even though not all projects were easy, keeping up with the deadlines and working with my co-employees made me learn how to manage my time and get my work done promptly. There was never a dull moment at the office, which made it fun and exciting for the next day.

Cons

Overall, the pros of this workforce outweighed the cons; however, it was one which did feel stressful at times due to the strict expected deadlines.
