Pros

The pros of working at this company was that because they made you work in so many different positions that by the end of it you sort of know the workings of all of it

Cons

Pay much lower than market rate with no incentive of growth. Very unprofessional environment with no set guidelines or job description.

Pros

Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator. This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.

Coworkers are so technically sound and usher in positive attitude. With various challenges and issues that can creep up anytime while working on a live project, it helps a lot to meet certain targets.

Cons

The persistent need to excel is sometimes overbearing.
