People are friendly and focused on careers/objectives

Cons

The Leadership Program is not what made it out to be, often want to work past shift times with no compensation. Not nearly what was described during the recruitment/interview process. Will dump you quickly once decide no longer needed. Not enough proper support / development to be called a "leadership development program"

Some great people work there. They have pretty decent equipment. Great temporary job until you land the really good one.

Cons

Company was good years ago. You actually felt like upper management cared about their employees. After New England motor freight tanked, duie went downhill. Peter(owner) brought in management from NEMF to take over leadership. They are horrible and they know it. They(pyle) deleted the company pension plan and killed all morale. Worked drivers to the maximum hours frequently and deleted their home life. Always chose a health insurance plan that mostly benefited the higher ups. If they don't like you then you have a mark next to your face in their portrait folder,and they will find a reason to fire you. You're just an a** in the seat there for twelve or more hours a day.
