      Pros

      There is steady work, with overtime available. Human resources are exceptional with quick responses to employee questions. Everyone pitches in wherever the need is. Management tries to meet employees personal needs regarding time off. Above average equipment.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the industry as a whole, long hours are imperative. I would like to see a little more work-life balance.

      Pros

      I mean for a trucking company, pretty good pay and independence. the supervisor overseas you but they are not always breathing down your back unless you screw up

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure on dock workers because drivers are waiting for you to load their trucks and are never happy with how you do it.

      Pros

      Small enough that you feel that you have the ability to make a difference. Many of the "grunt workers"(drivers and dock workers) are very hard working and dedicated men who break their backs for the company. The company has a great deal of dedicated people working for it who understand the value of hard work and dilligence. They offer a number of locations across the Northeast to accomidate a number of positions in the trucking industry.

      Cons

      Large enough that poor leadership and incompetent management can stumble forward and go unnoticed. Management is weak as the management positions are not highly sought after positions so they end up with angry, incompetent, and under acknoweldged management.
