Benefits are cheap. Jeans on Friday.

Cons

Claim to care about employees, label individuals and instead of asking why they apply for open positions they become a joke by executive mgmt and HR, policies do not apply to all employees, the IT dept is a joke, office is very dirty.

Pros

Great pay, and get to drive a forklift. Managers arent really on your ass to get stuff done unless your a good worker. In this case, you can be under pressure and you wonder why you get paid the same as someone else who is doing much less work

Cons

Management begs you to stay late every night. You cant come in earlier to leave earlier. The supervisors work their balls off...tons of hours but only get paid for 40 hrs...

Being self insured A Duie pyle seems to take it personal if you are sick. I would prefer a seperated insurer Small company thats growing but still acts like they are small wages lower than they should be to much whining about costs Macks Trucks
