Pros

Full support of management. All associates work well together. Company continues to reinvest in the growth of the organization while many of our competitors are closing down facilities. Many different lines of business. I will retire from this company.

Cons

We already recognize some of our systems need improvement and are focusing on IT changes for early 2020.

The main office is in a good location. There are literally no other pros.

Cons

If you want to be treated with respect, don't work here. If you dislike gossipy foul-mouth rude co-workers, don't work here. If you think "hazardous waste" should be limited to items being hauled and not to describe the condition of the buildings and bathrooms, don't work here. If you don't feel that a manager should address their subordinates by screaming at them and cursing at them in front of everyone, don't work here. If you want to be treated like a human being and keep your dignity intact, don't work here.

Nice friendly people - competitive pay -- low deductible health benefits

Cons

There was no training for the position in talking with other employees they had no training either and were left alone to figure it out for themselves.The site that I was at no bathroom no breakroom very unorganized and messy in most areas. Old outdated equipment
