Good pay for a part time job and easy work.

Cons

Youre alone for most of your shift and you are doing the same task over and over for the entire shift. Also you have to work in the extreme cold or extreme heat since there is no air conditioning.

Standard work hours, clean, paid uniforms, ongoing training to keep up to date with the technology of trucks.

Cons

Bosses are just that, they know everything and teach you nothing. Expect you to work none stop. The boss don't even have tools to do the job they are in charge off. Management thinks they are your gift to you and don't need to get dirty.

The pay is ok, enough for your average living. Benefits is ok root. 2.5% is contributed by the company. Opportunities to move up within company is endless if you put up the work

Cons

If you are a leader, your employees make your than you. Because you're salaried, while they can make overtime. The hours of operations is very long.
