Management has been great in my experience, flexibility, family oriented.

My experience with management has been great, but I know that isn’t the case for all. Once the next generation takes over I can see things going downhill

There's a lot of room to go from entry level positions. Many people in different departments started in Customer Service, Billing and on the Dock.

Cons

You have to be willing to work hard and put in time to make a name for yourself.
