Pyle is a fair company that treats it's employees like family. Great organization. CEO and senior leadership care for all employees.

Cons

There are not the same expectations throughout all departments and positions.

pay is good the job is what you make of it , if you fly under the radar your usually fine you constantly have to cover yourself

Cons

selecting vacation time needs improvement you can end up doing anything there ranging from dock work to truck driving/ yard jockey to straight truck/ box truck , you have no set schedule be prepared to work any shift and there is favoritism with seniority so if you get on some ones bad side be prepared

Great 401, good health care, pay between $24-27 at top rate.

Cons

You have to take vacation in full week(s) can’t use them as days. Also vacation week is paid based on 45 hrs but personal days are based on 8hrs.
