      Pay and benefits are good. Great ownership. Company is growing and they promote a lot from within.

      The industry isn't for everyone. You have to be willing to work hard.

      Pros

      Good pay for a part time job and easy work.

      Cons

      Youre alone for most of your shift and you are doing the same task over and over for the entire shift. Also you have to work in the extreme cold or extreme heat since there is no air conditioning.

      Standard work hours, clean, paid uniforms, ongoing training to keep up to date with the technology of trucks.

      Cons

      Bosses are just that, they know everything and teach you nothing. Expect you to work none stop. The boss don't even have tools to do the job they are in charge off. Management thinks they are your gift to you and don't need to get dirty.
