The pay is ok, enough for your average living. Benefits is ok root. 2.5% is contributed by the company. Opportunities to move up within company is endless if you put up the work

Cons

If you are a leader, your employees make your than you. Because you're salaried, while they can make overtime. The hours of operations is very long.

Workplace harassment and sporadic workplace violence. Weak response from management, little training or leadership to reduce this childlike behavior.

Pros

Equipment is new. Decent amount of tools to help do your job. Technology is fairly current. Industry standard pay.

Cons

It's trucking. Same problems as everywhere else. The almighty dollar comes first. Freight has slowed down dramatically. Sometimes you work out if another terminal.
