Good pay, chance to get a raise every quarter, laid back

Cons

Supervisors pick favorites, expect long night hours especially during busy seasons. Sometimes we don't get out of work until past 11 even though we were originally told around 10. Little to no chance of advancement. The company puts up biased "news" around the workplace

Pros

Most of the employees are good people. There is opportunities for growth if you search them out.

Cons

Training is no where to be found, I had to figure out multiple things on my own. The pay for full time and part time is clearly different, but the work is basically identical. Low regard for safety.

I have nothing positive to say about my work experience at this company.

Cons

This company is the worst trucking company I have EVER worked for in my 20 years in the bussines. DOT and OSHA need to get all over these terminals and management for unsafe and poor working conditions.. There is no compassion for any employees who require time off for anything. They fire with absolutely no warning in your record and there aren't any yearly reviews.
