It is important to know what we are doing right as an employer, but also to evaluate areas of opportunity in which to improve. We are taking steps to create a better work-life balance for all of our employees. We implemented an Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey last year and we are working to integrate positive changes that closely align with our core values.
