The areas that you have addressed are being examined to implement changes company-wide. We are taking steps to reduce the hours worked by our employees in order to promote a better work-life balance. Management is constantly looking into ways to address compensation and training for our management staff, to better lead our employees. We implemented an Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey earlier this year and are integrating positive changes, like reduced hours and an updated dress code.
