      Complete cheating management. Managers need to be replaced ASAP.

      Forget about A-MAX Respect. No professional. No values. No respect..., Irresponsible leadership. Worst company ever!!

      Good Growth Prospects If You Are Willing To Work For It

      Pros

      Hard work gets recognized eventually. Recently several employees who completed 5, 10 and 15 years were felicitated with awards for their loyalty and service... Was a great feeling to see this recognition... (Employees were allowed to bring their family member along, again awesome feeling to see them getting recognized for their contribution) - Top Performers for the Year get rewarded every year, with awards and bonus and a whole lot of bragging rights.. - I've seen promotions mostly from within the organization which is good for those looking for a long term career opportunity.. - Opportunities are there, you just have to grab them, stop complaining, no company is perfect, instead of whining, need to look for ways to winning..

      Cons

      401K would be nice to have Tuition Reimbursement would be great - although there is flexibility when you want to go to school which is good.

      Everything. Culture is horrendous, pay is horrendous, benefits are horrendous and no 401K NO PTO, NO SICK TIME !! Worst company EVER

      We appreciate comments like yours that show us what the external thought process that helps us better our company; your honesty is greatly appreciated. As a company, we value our employee's opinion(s). Hopefully by now, you have settled into your new position and have had a chance to read the Employee Handbook. A-MAX does offer PTO and Sick Time to all eligible employees. Currently, we are reviewing our Total Rewards Package for our employees, and looking at better ways to improve the work life balance at A-MAX. Please note, we practice an "open-door policy," and we always welcome our employees to reach out to our HR Department for any clarification on policies and procedures.
