Pros

You can do what you want

Cons

Pay is close to minimum wage, work over 54 hours a week, no respect from management, they don't care for you or your family emergencies, call you in on your days off, have you travel daily cause they can't retain employees in 80% of stores, I saw over 15 employees quit in the time I was employed

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to know what we are doing right as an employer, but also to evaluate areas of opportunity in which to improve. The areas that you have addressed are being examined to implement changes company-wide. We are taking steps to reduce the hours worked by our employees in order to promote a better work-life balance. Management is constantly looking into ways to address compensation and training for our management staff, to better lead our employees. Our office agents are a critical part of our workforce; we know that they are the front line of serving our customers and we want to be an employer of choice in Texas because we show our appreciation.

Pros

HR does a good job of attempting to interact with the employees Fun little giveaways There is potential to make money***

Cons

CEO openly shows his intolerance for you and is more concerned with turning the company into Freeway Insurance and hiring ex-employees from said company that he puts on the pedestal due to his previous experience there. Unfair treatment across the board, favoritism, some would say. Constantly changing commission plans without any proper notification of having anyone sign any new pay plan documentation. Little to any room for growth

Pros

Some people actually DO care about making a difference vs. just showing up to work and getting paid.

Cons

management changes so often, and they will always throw you under the bus if it means it'll make them look good.
