1. the management Moneyback is a nonsense, the worst team management ever i met during my 10 years career life 2. crazy OT is a must but it can be avoid if there is better senior management 2. the company didn't do everything when facing hundreds of complain about the poor management. Over 10 people has left Moneyback in past year, although this is a department with 6-7 people a team only 3. poor office location and environment

1 Horrible pantry Environment. - No real coffee. Only Instant. Was told to bring your own capsules for the third floor machine. - Poor cleanliness. Office is busy but still. pantry is putrid with dirty cups and bowls in the cupboard. That limescale kettle on the third floor should go to the science museum. No one maintains the pantry basically. 2 Hot desking was a joke Some teams and people just occupy certain seats for months. What's the point then. 3 Office location It's in Battersea and nothing goes on there.
