Location is great and they help the community in many ways not only by providing employment but by helping with community programs.

Cons

Does not pay as well as other companies their size. Wants to attract the best, but can only provide great pay to higher positions.

The people are incredible. They are very good at hiring within.

Cons

Tough one. I have been here for a long time and can say that it is not as family feeling as it used to be. A lot of benefits have been taken away.
