Very loyal and dedicated employee base, who really care about the company and its mission. The Company designed and manufactures products that really make a positive impact on the environment and the world by reducing emissions and harmful leaks. It has a wide variety of product lines, and sells its products around the world (in over 100 countries), which makes it a very interesting place to work. The Company also has a number of employee engagement activities that show it really cares about the people who work here.

Cons

The company can be overly tradition bound, but has made significant changes over the past 6 or 7 years to become more contemporary.
