Pros

I was my own boss. I put in a 40 hour work week and took all callouts or stayed late as necessary. I was always early to arrive and late to leave, but I was compensated very well with outstanding benefits. Thanks Chesterton!!!!

Cons

Working under a contract, you can loose your job at the end of the contact very easily. That Hurt.
