Pros
Tech Related Company- So it's relevant, Government Contractor- Always a plus, Family Owned Atmosphere, Small, Comfortable, Present small awards when customers compliment employees, Office has a low-Key Setting ( until Proposal Time!)
Cons
Must multitask- add to duties, but don't compensate for additional work (that's not in your area). VP's have been in place for over ten years- Several are very arrogant & overbearing. Favoritism shown to certain employees in regards to PTO and time taken off.
