      Pros

      Salaries are comparable for the current market. PM and Senior Leadership are approachable.

      Cons

      90 day waiting period for leave pending review from your manager. This means that should you leave for whatever reason, you accrue no leave. This is ridiculous. High churn rate. Have a habit of hiring verbally abusive team leads mistaking abusive personalities for strong leadership personalities. Who wants to work for someone like that?
