      * Still has some of the small company family feel. * Recently refreshed ideas and energy in sales management. * Core technology is solid. Appliance hardware is solid. Harmony brings optimism.

      * C-Level management struggling to build company momentum and velocity * Product offering scattered and complex. * Software quality needs improvement. * Struggling to compete in the cloud.

      Good base salary, standard holidays, HR Company culture, people, good ideas (product and future)

      Cons

      Management, Marketing, Product Development, Global „readiness“ - ability to hit / overachieve your sales goal! Not to much „thinking“ behind the numbers given to field sales people and to many „low performer“ Company don’t understand the need to become more professional if they really want to play a bigger role in the security space. Company do have good ideas but no one in the marketing team is able to deliver the message to the most important market outside the U.S. Maybe the marketing head do not have enough experience or need more help?

      Pros

      Stable products that scale.more than competitors.

      Cons

      Not good marketing. Seems most product development results from Feature Requests (FRs). Should give more emphasis to true R&D. Needs to be more proactive vs. reactive in the area of product development..
