it's ok for new grad

Pros

rapid growing company. You would get a lot of help from the people you work with. If you are a new grad, it is a perfect place to learn

Cons

Very long hours. you would work 6 days a week and 10+ hours a day. You'd get very minimal personal time to get to do anything

Free dinner Monday to Friday. Free lunch and dinner on Saturday.

Cons

Working on Saturday are MANDATORY. Some people work on Sunday too. There is a reason why they offer free food. And they never told you that during the interview process. I did ask for work hours and they lied.
