Pros

Tight-knit community of supportive and dedicated co-workers, plenty of opportunities to branch into different divisions, receptive and incredibly considerate management, fantastic learning opportunities and an overall positive environment. The management at A10 Networks actively worked to accommodate employees with a schedule that fits their own personal needs and lifestyles. This company offers considerable flexibility and the HR department does a fantastic job at making sure employees are comfortable and happy.

Cons

No complaints, A10 Networks is fantastic and I feel highly fortunate for the opportunity to be part of their team.

Pros

Growing company, good career opportunities, very fast paced so you can learn a lot in quick time

Cons

No work-life balance, you have to work very long hours on weekdays and also work weekends even though the company is no longer a startup but a mid-size company now, HR is a joke, product is worthless in front of F5 and Citirx, lawsuit from Brocade does not help either

Pros

A10 can pay well and there are plenty of options on offer Plenty of flexibility for sales reps in cutting deals They have some good reference accounts

Cons

How much are your options really worth? Everyone has a ton of them It is very difficult to compete with F5 or Citrix as they are dominant and have functionally richer solutions and existing relationships. A10 competes mainly on price alone and often times that is not enough to win a deal. A very tough sale in EMEA A10 has struggled to retain staff and penetrate the market. The lawsuit always come up as strong objection in sales opportunities, despite what they tell you
