Pros

I've thoroughly enjoyed one year of working at A10 networks. Pros are the challenges and growth opportunities, the FTO is a great benefit to keeping stress down and avoiding burn out, and the management seems to have a great direction.

Cons

The bonuses are tough because they can be based on elements you can't control. Management is actively trying different methods.
