No strategic vision. Poor leadership. Good technology but rolled out too quickly with lots of issues. Lots of turnover.

Some teams have good managers and there is so much to learn! But unfortunately not all teams have that. If you are willing to work really hard and on the weekends, holidays - it is for you!

Cons

Worst work life balance. You end up working on weekends and holidays as well. Some managers do not help you grow rather want their work to be done. No motivation or recognition!

Severe lack of leadership, ability to deliver and compete. Very little attention to new progressive ideas offered from employees. Some management leaders have no business managing people.
