      Good Engineers to work with, flat organization, good opportunities to grow, small company environment are some of the Pros

      Cons

      Development process needs improvement. Managers are not empowered.

      Incredible Technology!

      Pros

      - Great Engineering team - cutting edge technology - Best support organization in the industry. - Supportive management team. - So much to learn. I learn more in a year at A10 than 4 years at my previous company - Enjoyable projects and tasks - Nimbleness with little or no red tape. Ability to respond compared to big companies - Generous stock grants (stocks just needs to go up) - Fringe benefits (free dinners, etc.)

      Cons

      - More communication is required from exec management

      High Potential

      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to work on awesome system projects and integrations and learn from the highly skilled members of these teams. The location of A10 is very convenient for me and there is flexibility when needed. My manager is very upbeat, supportive and allows her team to make decisions to get their work done. A10 provides their employees with excellent benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Not enough information is shared from the top and some groups operate as individual entities.
