      Pros

      A10 is a friendly company that enables individuals to grow. Great place to learn and progress your career. Wonderful and helpful people to work with. A10, for the most part, gives you the freedom to work on any ideas you might have...just make sure you can justify and back it up with actual substance since people at A10 are more tech-focused rather than bling-focused.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain work/life balance because of busy schedules. Salaries not truly competitive.

Yes, we all have very busy work/life requirements and the challenge to balance it all is an art vs. science.       Pros

      Inspite of the startup kind of an environment, the HR and Admin are topnotch. Rajeshwari and team are doing a great job.

      Cons

      startup environment; you have to really strive against all odds to succeed. some managers are biased, privy from the senior management.

      Pros

      Good place to learn basic org survival. Willing to pay to get talent replacement for high turnover. Global org. Free employee medical. Not an early morning kind of place.

      Cons

      Favorites here big time. Knee jerk, arrogant leadership pinning hopes on new sales tribe. Unlimited time off ? Not allowed to take it. Inconsistent, mediocre culture, despite the glowing comments offered. Blame game & lots of finger pointing. Remote work for HQ workers frowned upon.
