1. Happy working at office with team members; 2. Pay attention to work/life balance; 3. Team building for whole company each year.

Cons

1. Need more resources such as hardware and tester equipment; 2. There is no medical supplement insurance for the second child; 3. Sometimes pushed too heavy, seemed there is no need to be so hurry ;(My directly manager never do that);
