      No Innovations. Used to be leaders in the Load Balancing and CGN segment but became dormant for quite some time. New management (post exit of Mr. Lee Chan) is not stable and goes on a cost-cutting spree -- scratching R&D dept. How will you develop a product without developers? Closing APAC region without a proper exit strategy, Especially INDIAN office, Not even following the mandate of 30 day prior notices were given.
