      Pros

      There are certain great people and skilful people to work with. Large and diverse customer base. Good place to hone the technology and sills.

      Cons

      From the recent past of change in management and leadership changes, the culture is deteriorated. Unilateral decisions without knowing the ground reality. Fast loosing good people. Stagnated growth.

      They not care about their employee Upper management is very bad. Your working branch can be close at any day and make you job less without any prior notice.

      Hierarchical organisation. Too many managers. No career path for engineers. The manager has no sense of software engineering: - Tries to involving in multiple projects but can't even do well on a single product. - Thinks multitasking is good - No training/mentoring for juniors. "They should be able to train themselves" - No planning, only dispatching tasks - Values quantity (the number of fixed bugs/ finished tasks) instead of quality - Lack of discipline of engineering. Often rushing to deliver the works. ... and would not listen to advices from engineers.
