- Work from home - Flexible working hours - No micro management - Open source technologies - Sense of ownership - Friendly work culture

Cons

- Zero or no communication for HR and admin processes - Total amount of hikes should be calculated based on performance and not seniority - Less parking space - Bonus is a significant part of salary and is not always awarded

Good product, excellent scalability for service provider customers, and a possible NFV/VNF strategy for the future

Cons

Way behind in the Enterprise - not a compelling reason to change. Web firewall/Load balancer is a tough sell against offerings built-in to AWS
