      My first week and the entire team has welcomed me with open arms. All levels have jumped in and offered to help, and not just a claim they have helped guide me. It has been an incredible start.

      - have some strong product for telco market

      Cons

      - poor senior mgmt that couldnt decide what should be done correctly - running after a niche market and try to use that requirement to resell to the general market

      Pros

      The people at A10 are the best thing about the company, especially the ATI team. Everyone is very supportive. The company has some great talent.

      Cons

      The company needs to focus on retention and creating a roadmap for the future. Executive team are too focused on cost saving, as a result our reputation in certain markets has been damaged.
