AAA Club Alliance reviews

I was hired with no insurance license so they paid for me to take a class and get the license. That took about 2 or 3 weeks. After that I was told to sit at a desk and do NOTHING all day. The next traing class was not for another 2 months. every day I went to a different AAA location (Fairfax, Tysons, Fredricksburg) Every day I sat at a different desk and did NOTHING. I was not allowed to talk to customers or talk to anybody for that matter. I sat in silence for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. It was like working in a library. nobody talked to each other and most people were trying to look busy but they wre doing NOTHING also. I just couldnt take it anymore so one day I just quit.

Organizationally lacks direction, focus, commitment. Very little cohesion between business lines. Too much cronyism, nepotism. Unethical middle management. Cries poor, but manages to reward board members and retirees with annual bonus plan. Too impulsive in quest for revenues. No discipline.
