      Despite what some people here say, the pay is very good for the amount of work and hours required. Flexible work hours, very accommodating for personal needs and time off Good benefits, including education reimbursement Opportunities are available if you want to work for them

      Depending on your role, you can get stuck in a position and find yourself unable to advance Departments can be cliquey Lots of egos Favoritism is blatant Too many managers for too little staff

      As a new employee , I was harassed by the other employees, given less work than the other technicians. One of the technicians was actually dating one of the services writers! I have been a technician for over 20 years and have never dealt with such an unprofessional atmosphere in a shop. Lied to about the amount of work coming in the shop.Ordering incorrect parts etc
