      The employees really care about the company and its members --Middle Management is extremely talented and without them the company would collapse.

      Cons

      Senior Management only cares about how much money they can put in their pocket. They do not care about the employees nor the members. They make decisions based on what is best for them and not the organization.The CEO is like our President and lies and lies but because of his title he can get away with it.
