      Almost unrealistic expectations. You really have to work just to meet all of your goals, rather than surpass them.

      You get to work from home and they provide the equipment.

      Cons

      One of the worst positions ever! They do not care about the agents on the phone. The members or non members call in and are very rude and abusive and the service takes long and they take it out on the agents. The pay is not even enough for it to be worth it. They make everything about sales which they don't mention when you apply and you never get to take off even if you have time. Requests get ignored with no explanation.
