It is a guarantee that you will be overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. You will work with systems daily that do not communicate with each other which makes your job 10x harder.

We are continuously working to improve both our internal processes and support systems to create a streamlined and supportive work environment. Regarding leadership,we are committed to ensuring our Managers have the skills and resources to effectively support their teams. We have recently unveiled our Level Up program designed around leadership development. We are excited to have Managers complete the learning curriculum and build upon their leadership skills.

I loved working for AAA. Although the call volume was very high, and you almost always dealt with angry members - the company itself is very understanding about personal things.

Cons

Angry customers. Short breaks & debriefing time.
