Pros

Stable job, good benefits, interesting work.

Cons

Employee bonuses are based on nearly out of reach goals. Difficult employees are kept on and allowed to fester for months and months without productivity while hard workers are asked to do more and more.

Pros

The benefits are really good, like seriously very good. They care about associates and their families.

Cons

There is very little teamwork, despite it being a shared value. Everyone is concerned about their specific division, not the total package that we must present to the end user.

Work-Life Balance Flexibility Job Security This job is exclusively for the older generation and those with a vast traveling background. Customers expect you to know everything about every place.

Cons

Pay (Base) Training Capable Management Old Technology Currently employees in retail offices have to take a lot of call center overflow calls and if you are new it disrupts your learning curve. There is not a lot of advancement, it takes a long time to move up.
